Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup wallnuts, toasted and chopped
2 tbsp. raisins |
To Toast Nuts:
Spread them out in a small baking pan and
bake them in a 350° oven for 8 to 10 minutes,
shaking the pan accassionally to keep them
for scorching.

Method:
In a bowl beat sugar, eggs until smooth.
Add bananas oil, flour, baking powder, baking
soda, vanilla and mix throughly. Add nuts
and raisins. Pour into greased loaf baking
pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 350° for about
45 minutes. Or until a wooden pick inserted
in center of cake comes out clean. Cool and
cut into slices.
