Payaswini's Recipes

4 cups puffed rice (mamra)
1/2 cup salted peanuts, fried and splitted
1-2 onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup grated carrot
1 tomato, fienly chopped
2 tbsp. grated coconut
1 tbsp. green chilli paste OR red chilli powder
1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. oil
Salt to taste

Put puffed rice in a bowl. Add all the ingredients to the puffed rice. Mix well.
Serve immediately.
