Ingredients:
1medium cucumber, peeled
2 vine tomatoes
1 cup puffed rice (mamra)
1-2 onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup grated, carrot
1 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped
1/4 cup salted peanuts, fried and splitted
1 tbsp. green chilli paste OR red chilli
powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste
Method:
Cut the cucumber vertically and slice the
tomatoes. Apply salt
and green chilli
paste.
On the top put onions, grated carrots, coriander
leaves and peanuts.
Sprinkle lemon juice
over that. Put puffed
rice on the top.
Serve as a evening snack.
