Ingredients:
1 cup plain flour
2 tbsp. corn flour
2 potatoes boiled, peeled, mashed
2-3 tbsp. boiled peas, mashed coarsely
5-6 green chillies, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper powder
2 tbsp. chopped, coriander leaves
1/4 cup bread crumbs or semolina
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Method:
Mix together all ingredients except breadcrumbs.
Shape into patties with a greased hand. Roll
in breadcrumbs.
Heat a few inches of oil in a deep fryer.
Deep Fry the patties
until golden brown
and
crisp.
Serve hot with chutneys or tomato sauce.
