Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp. rice flour
1 onion, finely chopped
3-4 green chilies, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves
Sour curd (to make the batter)
Salt to taste
A pinch of baking soda
Oil for deep frying

Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl then mix
in the yogurt to make a smooth runny
batter.
Cover and keep the batter for 2 hours.
Heat a few inches of oil in a deep fryer.
Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot
oil
to form a round shape.
Deep fry them till golden brown.
Serve hot with Chutney/Ketchup |
