Ingredients:
1 cup Seemeakki (sago, saboodhana)
2 medium potatoes boiled, peeled, mashed
3-4 tbsp. ground peanut powder
5-6 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp. grated, ginger
2 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil to deep frying
Method:
Soak the sago in water for 1 hour and drain.
Add peanut powder, potatoes,
chillies, ginger, coriander leaves,
salt and make a stiff dough.
Make pattie shaped rounds (flatten) with
moist hands.
Deep fry in hot oil until browned and crisp.
Serve hot with Chutney. |
