Garlic Chutney

Ingredients:
1/2 cup grated, coconut
1 tsp. tamarind juice
Salt to taste
For Seasoning:
2 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
3-4 garlic flakes
3-4 red chillies
Asafoetida a pinch

Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add all seasonings one by one and fry for few minutes.
Once they are done, grind in the mixie with coconut, tamarind, salt and little water to a smooth paste.
Serve with dosa/chapatis
