Ingredients:
1-2 cups fresh mint leaves, cleaned and washed
1 cup coriander leaves, chopped
2-3 green chillies, chopped
1-2 tsp. lemon juice or tamarind juice
1/4 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tsp. sugar
Salt to taste |
For Seasoning:
1 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp.mustard seeds |
Method:
In a blender jar combine all the ingredients
and grind to a smooth paste.
Heat oil in pan, add seasonings when it starts
to split, pour it over the ground
paste and
mix well.
Serve immediately, or cover tightly and store
in the refrigerator for up to
5 days. |
