| Badam Milk |
Ingredients:
3 cups milk
2 tbsp. almonds, crushed (Badam)
2 tbsp. pistachios, crushed
1/2 tsp. cardamom powder
1/2 tsp. saffron strands
2 tbsp. hot milk
2-3 tbsp.sugar
Ice cubes
Method:
Soak the saffron strands in the 2 tbsp. of hot milk and keep aside.
Place the milk, almonds, pistachios in a pan and bring to the boil.
Add cardamom, saffron milk, sugar and mix well.
Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
Blend the milk with ice cubes until whipped and creamy.
Serve cold.
