Banana Milk Shake

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, peeled
1/2 cup orange juice
1-2 tbsp. sugar (optional)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt (strawberry or vanilla)
Method:
Place banana, orange juice, milk and sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Stir in yogurt.
Serve cold.
