Ingredients:
2 apples peeled and cubed
2 mangoes peeled and cut into pieces
2 pear, cut into pieces
1 cup seedless, green grapes
1 cup honeydew melon,
1 cup water melon

For Custard:
2 cups milk
4 tbsp. milk ( for the paste)
2 tbsp. custard powder
Sugar to taste |
Method:
In a bowl, mix custard powder, 4 tbsp. milk
and make a paste. Set aside.
Boil the milk and add custard paste, sugar.
Stirring continuously and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Allow it to cool and then refrigerate it
for 1-2 hours.
Mix all the fruits in a bowl. Pour the custard
over the fruit. Chill for at least 1 hour.
Serve cold.
