| Fruit Smoothie |
Ingredients:
1 banana, peeled
1 cup peaches, sliced
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup ice cubes
Peach slices- for garnish
Method:
In a blender, combine banana, peaches, orange juice, yogurt, ice cubes.
Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with peach slices.
Serve immediately.
