Ingredients:
2 cups boiled green peas
3 tbsp. butter Or oil
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
1 Onion, chopped
1 tsp. Ginger-garlic paste
3 Tomatoes, chopped
1 Cardamom
2 Cloves
1/4 cup beaten curds
1 tsp. Coriander powder
1 tsp. Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp. Garam masala
Salt to taste
1 cup fried paneer pieces (Paneer)

Method:
In a blender, blend onions, ginger-garlic,
cardamom, cloves and tomatoes to a smooth
paste. Set aside.
Heat butter in a pan, add cumin seeds and allow to splutter. Add turmeric, ground paste and cook until
light brown.
Add little water if required. Add curds,
dry powders, boiled peas, salt. Bring to
a boil for 10 minutes.
Now add paneer and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
Remove from the heat and garnish with chopped
coriander.
Serve with chapatis/rice |
