Ingredients:
1 cup red kidney beans
2 tomatoes chopped
2 onions
3 green chillies
2 flakes garlic
1" piece ginger
2 tbsp. beaten curds
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. garam masala
1/2 tsp. red chilli powder
1 tbsp. coriander leaves
1-2 tbsp. oil
Salt to taste.

Method:
Soak the red kidney bens for 2-3 hours. Boil
the beans till soft and mash
well. Keep aside.
Grind ginger, garlic, green chillies and
onions to a paste.
Heat oil in a pan, and fry the ground paste
to a golden color. Add 1/2 cup
water and
cook till the mixture turns dry.
Add chopped tomatoes, curds and
all the spices.
Fry for 10 minutes, then add
mashed kidney
beans and 1 cup water.
Cook for 5-10 minutes. Remove
from the heat
and garnish with coriander leaves.
