Ingredients:
2-3 carrots, sliced
1/2 cauliflower, florets
15 green beans, chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. red chilli powder
1/2 tsp. fenugreek powder
1/2 tsp.turmeric powder
1 tsp. mustard seeds
1/4 tsp. asafoetida
1 tbsp. oil
Method:
Combine all the vegetables in a bowl. Add
salt, red chilli powder, lemon juice, fenugreek powder, turmeric and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, when
it pops add the asafoetida.
Add this to the vegetable mix. For the next
two days stir and
shake well once a
day.
Store in refrigerator. |
