Radish Raita

Payaswini's Recipes

1 cup grated, white radish
1-2 cups thick curds (yogurt)
1 tbsp. grated, coconut
6-8 curry leaves
1 tbsp. chopped, coriander leaves
Salt to taste
For Seasoning:
1 tsp. oil
1 tsp. mustard seeds
1-2 green chillies, chopped


Mix together all the above ingredients in a large bowl.
Heat oil in a pan, add all seasonings. Once they are done, pour it over the raita. Mix well.
Serve with rice.
