Ingredients:
1 cup rice
1/2 cup moong dal
1/2 cup toor dal
1 tbsp. chana dal
2 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
3 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tsp. red chilli powder
1 tsp. coriander powder
1 tsp. garam masala
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tbsp. ghee
1 tbsp. coriander, chopped
Salt to taste |
Method:
Wash rice and dals together and drain.
Put rice, dals with all the other
ingredients
in the rice cooker container.
Add 2-1/2 cups water, cover the
cooker and
let the rice cook.
Serve with curd. |
