Payaswini's Recipes





Ingredients:
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup besan flour
1 tsp. red chilli powder
1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
For Seasoning:
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. mustard seeds
1 tsp. cumin seeds
2 red chillies
1/2 tsp. turmeric

Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, cumin seeds, allow to splutter add chillies and fry till light brown.
Add chilli powder, turmeric, salt, buttermilk and stir. Add besan gradually by constant stirring.
Bring it to boil for 10-12 minutes. (If necessary add little water)
Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with rice.
