Ingredients:
1-1/2 cup corn flakes
1 cup crisped rice cereal
1 cup puffed corn cereal
1/2 cup mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, peanuts,
raisins)
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. mustard seeds
1 tsp. red chilli powder
1/2 tsp. mango powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Method:
Combine all cereal and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add mustard
seeds, when it pops
add mixed nuts and
fry
for few seconds.
Add red chilli powder,
mango powder, salt
and cereal. Stir occasionally and roast for about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from the heat and cool completely.
Store in air-tight container.
