Payaswini's Recipes





Ingredients:
2 cups rice flour
1/2 cup urad flour
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1/2 tsp. asafoetida
1 tbsp. warm oil
1 tbsp. melted butter
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry

Method:

Mix the flours. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Stir in enough water to make a soft dough. With the help of thengol press make thengols.
Deep fry these in hot oil till golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
Store in an airtight container when cool.
