Ingredients:
2 fresh Corn cob (Remove seeds from the cob)
1 Carrot, finely chopped
1/2 cup Green Beans, finely chopped
1 Onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp. Corn flour
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1-2 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Method:
Combine corn, water in a sauce pan and bring it to boil.
Cook until soft, leave to cool. In a blender, blend corn to a smooth paste.
In a pan boil carrots, beans, onions with little water and cook until soft.
Add corn paste, milk, sugar, pepper, butter, salt and bring it to boil.
If required add water, stirring continuously and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Remove from the heat and add lemon juice to it.
Serve hot.
