Ingredients:
1 cup sesame seeds
3/4 cup jaggery, mashed
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp. ghee
Method:
Toast the sesame seeds in a pan until lightly browned and set aside.
In a pan add jaggery, water and bring it to boil to a thick syrup.
When it's boiling, add ghee and stir. Keep stirring on low heat
until the syrup is thick and sticky.
Remove from the heat and add sesame seeds.
Mix well and shape into small balls.
Store in an airtight container.
