Ingredients:
1 Cauliflower, cut into flowerets
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tbsp. ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp. chopped, coriander
2 tbsp. oil
Salt to taste |
Dry Masala:
3/4 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. red chilli powder
1/2 tsp. pepper powder
1/2 tsp. coriander powder
1 tsp. garam masala |
Method:
Heat the oil in a a pan, add cumin seeds
allow to splutter. Add ginger-garlic paste and stir.
Add potatoes, cauliflower and
fry for 10
minutes. Add dry masalas, tomatoes and little water.
Cover and steam vegetables for
15-20 minutes.
Or until tender.
Garnish with chopped coriander.
Serve hot with Chapatis
