Stuffed Lady Finger

Ingredients:
12-15 Lady Finger (Okra)
1 onion, chopped
1 chopped, tomatoes
1 tsp. ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp. garam masala
2 tsp. red chilli powder
1 tbsp. coriander powder
1 tbsp. cumin powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tbsp. chopped, coriander

2 tbsp. oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Clean, wash and wipe okra absolutely dry. Slit from one side and keep aside.
Mix garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Stuff the okra with this masala. Keep the left over stuffing masala separately.

Heat oil in a pan, fry the ginger-garlic paste, onions and cook till light brown.
Add stuffed okra, cook covered on a low flame, stir occassionally. T
hen add chopped tomatoes and rest of the dry masala.
Cook covered on a low flame till okra is fully cooked and tender.
Garnish with chopped coriander.
Serve with Chapatis/Naan/Rice
