Menthya Gojju

Payaswini's Recipes

1-1/2 tbsp. Menthya Hittu
2 tsp. tamarind juice
1 tbsp. jaggery
1 tbsp. chopped, coriander leaves
4-6 curry leaves
Salt to taste
For Seasoning:
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
1/2 tsp. asafoetida
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients with 1 cup of water and mix well.
Heat the oil in a pan, add seasonings when it starts to split, stir into the gojju mixture and mix well.
Serve with chapati/dosa/rice.
