Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Idli Rave (Akki Tari)
2 cups shreaded pumpkin
6-8 finely chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp. grated ginger
1/2 cup grated fresh coconut
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste.
1 tbsp. oil

Method:
Fry idli rave till light brown. Wash idli rave in water and strain.
In a bowl add washed rave, pumpkin, green
chillies, ginger, coconut, cumin, coriander
leaves,
lemon juice and salt. Mix well (It requires
sprinkle little water to make balls.)
Shape the mixture into small balls, (like
oval shape) flatten them slightly.
Take a idli stand or round plates which can
fit in steamer or pressure cooker and grease
it with oil.
Arange kadubu in idli stand or plates and
steam them for 10-15 minutes.
Serve hot with ghee or Coconut Chutney.
