Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups rave (semolina)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1 cup yogurt
1 chopped, onion
3 green chillies, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped, coriander
Salt to taste
Oil for roasting

Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add little
water to make a batter as for the consistency
of dosa.
Keep the batter for 1 hour. Heat the griddle and grease it with little
oil.
Pour a ladleful of batter over the griddle and spread it to form a circle.
Pour a teaspoonful of oil around
the edges. Cover with the lid and cook for few minutes
until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with Coconut Chutney. |
